Delivery times may vary during busy periods, such as the holiday season, or because of carrier delays. Orla is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

All orders ship from France within the European Union, so no customs duties or import taxes apply. The total shown at checkout is final.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive:
- an order confirmation email
- a shipping email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves Paris

Please make sure someone can receive the package at the delivery address. If a signature is needed and no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice so you can collect it at your nearest post office or pickup point.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

- Items must be unworn, unused, with their tags and in their original packaging.

- To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.

- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service.

- Once we receive and check your item, we will refund you within 14 days, including the original standard shipping cost, using your original payment method.

Every piece is checked by our team before it's shipped. While we celebrate each designer's creative vision, Orla is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling once the order has been delivered.

Some of our designers work with a slow fashion approach and make pieces to order. When this is the case, the production time is shown on the product page before you buy.
